Woah! Hare Krishna Maha Mantra as a Jeopardy Question!

11:17:00 AM By Kevala-Bhakti Dasa (Keshav) , , 5 comments

For those who may not already know, "Jeopardy" is a famous game show known for it's puzzling questions and high level of difficulty! Well, as proof that the Hare Krishna mantra has gone mainstream, check out the video below. Unfortunately, none of the contestants got the right answer, but it's certainly neat to Alex Trebek say parts of the maha mantra! Check it out! For the producers of the show: we'd be happy to offer maha mantra classes to all your contestants that come on the show! ;-)

Common guys, what are you getting so excited about? Some quizz used MM? Is it such a big deal? Are we that desperate for public recognition to woah over a question in some tv show?

Well, there's a simple formula to making devotees happy. If people chant the maha mantra, devotees are happy. If millions of people hear Krishna's name via something like Jeopardy, devotees get even happier! :o)

This is wonderful :-) In the words of Srila Prabhupada... http://vaniquotes.org/wiki/Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu wanted that everywhere in the nook and corner of this world, every city, every town, every village, there should be the chanting Hare Krsna maha-mantra
