Radhastami Celebrations - Monday, September 21, 2015

12:26:00 AM By Kevala-Bhakti Dasa (Keshav)

The Hare Krishna Temple warmly invites you and your family to join us on Monday, September 21st for Radhastami celebrations - celebrating the appearance of Srimati Radharani! Festivities will commence at 6:00pm.  Stay tuned for more details. As an annual tradition, the highlight of the evening will be when we open gifts for Srimati Radharani that have been brought by the assembled devotees.

If you and your family feel inclined, you are welcome to bring a gift for Their Lordships. We will be posting a link to an official gift registry in the coming days!  Stay tuned!

Gifts will also be available for purchase at the temple this Sunday, September 20, 2015.

A humble request is that all gift items be new as gifts will be placed on the altar and will be unwrapped and shown to the Deities during the program. Of course, donations of any kind are always warmly accepted! For festival sponsorship information contact us.

Not sure if you're writing from the future, but today is September 17th! ;-) We'll post the gift registry link as soon as possible. It's our first time trying a registry, so there are some kinks to be worked out. So we welcome devotees to buy gifts for the Deities as they normally would each year.

Hare Krsna! That's okay! We're all excited about the festivities. Actually, it looks like we might not be able to get the gift registry up in time. It's our first year trying it and we've run into some glitches. So please feel free to bring a gift for the Deities as you see fit. Hare Krsna!
